Ruby talks now. Enough that you understand what she is saying, if you calculate what it could be in context with. But mostly she grasps onto what she knows she can say and says it over and over again. For example this happened in the car with Kevin last week:
Ruby: Where's Mommy?
Kevin: On her way home from work.
Ruby: OH.... Where's Mommy?
Kevin: She's driving home.
Ruby: K. Where's Mommy?
Kevin: She'll be at home when we get there.
Ruby: OH... Where's Mommy? Where's Mommy?
Stella: RUBY, USE DIFFERENT WORDS!
That pretty much sums up the conversations at our house.
