Since my favorite time of year has arrived and my need to plan and schedule things to help pass the next 6 weeks time is in full force; we retreated to the cabin this last weekend. It's the perfect getaway, the weather is great, the fireplace is lovely, the scenery is amazing and sometimes when you take out the trash there is a bear eating it. No big deal right?
Sometimes the said bear climbs on your car and takes a rest, because well he is tired from digging through all your trash only to find that there are just empty Diet Coke cans.
And after you throw enough rocks in his direction does he leave your car alone and then decides to climb the tree.
And he stares at Hunter's awesome bed head. Aren't we all?
Then he climbs on the deck after wandering around for several hours, only deciding to leave when you shoot a gun in the air.
Never a dull moment around here, even on a relaxing weekend away.
*All children were locked inside and not allowed out for the remaining weekend.
**The bear was not harmed in anyway, except maybe when Kevin hit him in the head with a small rock.
***We have not seen him since...
love love
wow, he's beautiful! I'm glad he didn't cause any damage, but dang how cool to safely be that close to a bear!
