Why?

Stella: "Mom why are you doing that?"
Me: "Because the dishes are dirty and we need to clean them."
Stella: "Why?"
Me: "I'm cleaning them so they won't be dirty anymore."
Stella: "Why are you cleaning them?"
Me: "Because you put ketchup and hot dogs on them and I have to get it off"
Stella: "Why are you cleaning the plates?"
Me: "Because that's what we have to do."
Stella :"Why?"
Me: "I'm cleaning the dishes because the Easter bunny told me too."
Stella: "Oh OK."
